RISCONE DI BRUNICO – Primavera goalkeeper Andrei Radu can't wait to start working with his more experienced team-mates now that he's joined up with the first team on their training camp in Brunico.
"I came up here late because of an injury. I'm following a personalised programme at the moment but I hope to be playing again as soon as possible,” the Romanian told Inter Channel.
“It's a proud feeling to be here along with a bunch of other Primavera lads. Training with the first team is such a great learning experience for us.”
The 19-year-old goalie also reflected on the past season, which saw the Primavera side win the Coppa Italia and reach the semi-finals of both Viareggio and the league.
"We were involved in some big matches but actually the hardest games are the easiest ones to play in because you're more motivated when tension is high.”
