RISCONE DI BRUNICO – Stevan Jovetic has lauded the vibe around Inter’s training camp in Brunico as he prepares for his second season at the club.
"There’s a great atmosphere here," Jovetic told Inter Channel. "We have lots of young players who can learn a lot and maybe stay with the first team.
"The first week’s work is going well – though it’s a bit gruelling because we’re training twice a day. The friendly matches will help us get some playing time under our belts, plus we have other games ahead of us in America.
"Our first friendly came after days of hard work, so we couldn’t expect fireworks straight away. The new players that have joined and those that will come in mean we can be aiming for the Champions League," continued the Montenegrin forward.
On a personal level, Jovetic is aiming high for the season ahead: "I can contribute a lot more than I did last year. I need to train hard now so I can chip in with lots of goals and assists."
