MILAN – Hernan Crespo turns 41 today. Many happy returns from Inter Forever and everyone at F.C. Internazionale.
The Argentine striker, nicknamed “Valdanito” after compatriot Jorge Valdano, wore the Nerazzurri colours for four seasons between 2006 and 2009, winning three consecutive Scudetti and two Italian Super Cups. Crespo had a knack for prodicing the goods on the big occasions, bagging memorable strikes in the Milan derby and clashes with Roma – our rivals for the Serie A crown at the time.
