MILAN – Inter can today confirm another pre-season date with the announcement of a friendly match against Tottenham Hotspur on 5 August.
After their training camp in Riscone di Brunico and the US tour, the Nerazzurri will travel to Norway to face Mauricio Pochettino's side at Oslo's Ullevaal Stadion. Kick-off is scheduled for 17:00 CEST.
Tottenham and Inter have engaged in some thrilling encounters in recent times, with four meetings in the last six years.
They were pitted together in the 2010/11 Champions League group stage, Inter triumphing 4-3 at San Siro and Spurs running out 3-1 winners at White Hart Lane.
Two years later, their paths crossed again in the Europa League last 16, when the Nerazzurri came within a whisker of completing a remarkable comeback by winning the second leg 4-1, only to go out on the away goals rule.
