The Nerazzurri have a 1-0 lead from the first leg and are seeking the fifth title in this championship in the club's history.
Stefano Bellinzaghi's Under-15 side also have a 1-0 lead to protect in the second leg of their last-16 tie against Pescara but have the luxury of playing at home.
