MILAN – Marcelo Brozovic has won Inter’s goal of the season 2015/16 Twitter competition with 41% of the 4265 votes cast in the poll, which was launched on Tuesday afternoon.
Brozovic’s strike in the 4-0 win over Udinese on 12 December 2015 was followed by Mauro Icardi’s goal against Napoli on 16 April with 30% of the vote and Stevan Jovetic’s late winner against Atalanta at San Siro in Week 3 with 21%. Bringing up the rear was Ivan Perisic’s strike against Roma on 19 March with 8% of the votes cast.
