The Nerazzurri face two group matches on Saturday, against Pro Settimo Eureka in the morning then Pro Vercelli in the afternoon.
The group winners and best second-placed team will then face off in the final four on Sunday morning, with the final scheduled for the same afternoon.
Torino, Novara and Genoa are among the other sides involved in the tounament.
