CREMONA - The Nerazzurri Under-14s celebrated their Giovanissimi Regionali championship title with an 8-2 victory over Cremonese in their final league game of the season.
Having already secured first place with a midweek win over Varese, Marco Mandelli's boys finished the campaign with a flourish, Essan, Barazzetta and Tordini netting in the first half before Esposito (with a hat-trick), Chibozo and Verzeni completed the rout after the break.
Mandelli's side now have a month of tournaments and friendlies lined up before breaking up for the summer in mid-June.
