MILAN - President Erick Thohir gave an exclusive interview to Sky Italia ahead of tonight's match against Udinese.
Some people have said that you're interested in buying a club in England. Is that true?
"No, I'm not planning to buy an English club and they've said as much in England too - the club itself. I don't know how else I can say it. I really don't understand."
There are also reports that you want to sell your majority share in Inter...
"That's not true! I'm here to build a great Inter team. I'm not going anywhere, I'm staying put. I believe in my management team and in the sporting side and together we want to build something great. I'm here and I'm not selling my majority. I have a good relationship with Massimo Moratti too, as I've always said. I really don't understand all these things I keep hearing. I'm sorry if I've upset someone but the reality is I want to create something here."
You are looking for another partner, though. How are the talks going?
"Yes, we are looking for a strategic partner. The process is ongoing but it takes time. You can't say it's done until it's actually done. In any case I won't change my style - this is me."
