ZINGONIA - Marco Mandelli’s Giovanissimi Regionali side beat Atalanta 2-1 away on Wednesday night to leapfrog their hosts into first place in the table.
The Nerazzurri were ahead after just four minutes, Sandalli winning the ball back in a good position before finding Barazzetta, who made no mistake in firing past the Atalanta goalie for 1-0.
The hosts equalised in the 58th minute, but Inter had their winner ten minutes from the end after Barazzetta was tripped in the box: Guedegbe coolly dispatched the spot-kick to secure all three points for Mandelli’s youngsters.
It means Inter go top on 76 points, overtaking Atalanta in second on 73.
