MILAN – Dominik Smekal has been called up to the Czech Republic U18s squad for the Slovakia Cup between 25 and 28 April.
The 18-year-old Inter Berretti midfielder will join up with his international team-mates on Friday 22 April for matches against Russia, Norway and Macedonia, before returning to Milan on Friday 29 April.
