MBALMAYO – Italian President Sergio Mattarella has visited the Mbalmayo educational centre on the third day of his state visit to Cameroon. Mbalmayo has been an Inter Campus partner since 2001, with many Italian Community of Sant'Egidio volunteers also operating there.
There were 500 boys and girls in Nerazzurri black and blue ready to greet the President and present him with an Inter jersey of his own.
“Each young person here represents the promise of Cameroon’s future, promise that the hard work of the Italian and Cameroonian volunteers here strengthens every day,” said Mattarella during his visit.
