APPIANO GENTILE - Inter vice president Javier Zanetti took the floor following president Thohir's opening address: "I also want to share this big moment. So many great memories come to mind when I think about Pirelli: all the shirts I wore which meant Pirelli were with us out there every step of the way.
"The commercial value of a shirt sponsor goes beyond the financial side of things. Pirelli are a very well known brand around the world, as are Inter. It's important for us as a club to continue in this partnership. Pirelli are more than a sponsor, they're a partner who have believed in us from every perspective for more than 20 years.
"I joined in 1995, along with Pirelli, and I thank Mr Tronchetti Provera for his friendship and because he's a massive Inter fan. Together we've built one big family with strong moral values. We're pleased to continue this relationship and once again walk out with Pirelli on our kit."
