MILAN - Stefano Bellinzaghi's Inter U15s side departed Milan on Thursday morning for Città Sant'Angelo in Pescara, where they are set to contest their first tournament of the year: the Nike Premier Cup 2016.
The U15s tournament will see the young Nerazzurri kick off their group-stage campaign on Friday 11 March. The draw for the tournament takes place on Thursday night and will reveal the make-up of the four three-team groups, with the top two teams from each group progressing to the knock-out stages.
The quarter-finals and semi-finals will take place on Saturday 12 March, with the final itself scheduled to kick off at 10:30 CET on Sunday 13 March. As well as Inter - who finished last season's tournament as runners up - this edition of the Nike Premier Cup will see participation from Roma, Atalanta, AC Milan, Torino, Udinese, Empoli, Cesena, Frosinone, Benevento and Palermo.
