MILAN – Inter U17s made it two wins in a week with victory over Carpi today. Having beaten Cesena in a rearranged fixture in midweek, Gianmario Corti's boys came from two goals down to defeat Carpi 4-2 this afternoon.
The Nerazzurri got off to a bad start by gifting two easy goals but turned the tables during an astonishing 10-spell in the first half. Visconti fired home from the edge of the box to halve the deficit (26), before Merola equalised with a fine individual goal (29). Kerin then put Inter in command (31) and Merola wrapped up the scoring (35).
Inter have now another rearranged match to play against Hellas Verona next Wednesday.
