MILAN - F.C. Internazionale can confirm the sale of Fredy Alejandro Guarin Vasquez to Shanghai Greenland Shenhua Football Club.
The Colombian midfielder, who joined Inter from Porto in January 2012, bids farewell to the Nerazzurri after making 141 appearances in black and blue. He also scored 23 goals during his time in Italy, including the winner in Inter's 1-0 victory over AC Milan earlier in the season.
Speaking of Guarin’s departure to Shanghai Shenua, Inter CEO Michael Bolingbroke said: “Fredy has played a key role at Inter over the past five seasons, both captaining the club and scoring a winning goal in the Milan Derby. We wish him the best of luck at his new club in China.”
