CAGLIARI – Benoit Cauet's Under 17 Lega Pro registered an important victory this afternoon, beating Cagliari 1-0 away and maintaining their grip on first place.
A wasteful Inter were made to work for it but otherwise dominated the contest from start to finish. Cagliari's goalkeeper put in a commendable performance but could do nothing about Elia Visconti's diagonal strike towards the end of the first half that handed all three points to the Nerazzurri.
