MILAN – Inter Academy coaching activities are starting up again around the world as 2016 gets underway offering new horizons to explore.
Work at the Inter Academy centres in Dammam and Shanghai has resumed following the Christmas break while the Tokyo and Miami bases never actually stopped.
"Our expectations were met in the first half of the season, both in terms of training coaches and youth player development," Inter Academy director Marco Monti explained.
"There were a total of 14 coaches from Inter's youth academy moving around the various countries we operate in, to help organise projects and run specific refresher sessions.
"We also made seven visits to look into the possibility of setting up Inter Academy projects in new countries. The first is in Brazil, where we're planning to get off the ground in March. The aim is keep expanding Inter Academy in 2016," Monti concluded.
