ZANETTI: "COPPA ITALIA NEEDS TO BE HONOURED"

Vice president before Inter v Cagliari: "We want to keep on winning. Hopefully we'll get another one tonight"

MILAN - Javier Zanetti says Inter want to continue their fine league form in the cup and hope to end the season with some silverware.

"The Coppa Italia should always be honoured," the vice captain said in an interview before the Nerazzurri's last-16 meeting wtih Cagliari.

"Tonight is a big chance for some of the lads who have played a bit less to showcase their talents. We have a squad of 25 players and whoever comes in performs well. They all feel a part of this team. We want to keep on winning and hopefully we'll get another win tonight."

On Inter's lofty Serie A position: "The team is solid. The coach and the lads are doing a fantastic job. It's nice to be top at Christmas, especially for the fans. There's every chance we can keep it up and hopefully come the end of the season we can achieve something big."
