LJAJIC: "WE SHOWED WE'RE A GREAT TEAM"

Serbian striker believes Inter are hitting the right notes: "If we play every game like that I think we can win them all"

NAPLES – Adem Ljajic feels Inter deserved more for the performance they produced in difficult circumstances against Napoli on Monday night.

"I think the whole team played well, I'm not the only one who's important. I gave everything I had just like the rest of my team-mates and we showed what a great team we are," the scorer of the Nerazzurri's goal at the San Paolo told Inter Channel after the final whistle.

"A normal team doesn't play like that away to Napoli if they're losing and a man light," the Serbian continued. "Still, that's football. We'll pick ourselves up tomorrow and get on with preparing for our next match.

"We tried everything we could to score but just didn't manage it in the end. We were desperately unlucky with those two posts. At a certain point of the game I saw the fear in their eyes. If they could have made five substitutions they would have brought on five defenders.

"If we play every game like that I think we'll win them all. We ran and ran out there and gave everything we had.

"I'm sorry for Nagatomo because he always gives 100% and he's a great guy. I'm not going to talk about the referee – others can do that."
