MILAN – F.C. Internazionale is proud to announce the Inter Grassroots Program. The project will reinforce the concept of partnership, with 28 clubs throughout the country to adhere to the programme.
These clubs will use the 11 F.C. Internazionale Youth Academy Training Centres as a reference point, building a much closer relationship that will allow training methodologies to be passed on, coaching staff to be trained and women's football to be developed. Everything will stick to the sporting principles underpinning every initiative that is promoted by the Nerazzurri youth set-up.
The Inter Grassroots Program will also guarantee collaboration with footballing institutions in every location and promotion of various projects within schools. The main aim of the project is to develop technical qualities, but will also be able to spread other aspects of the club as well.
Between 5000 and 7000 young footballers will be involved in the programme, led by around 500 coaches who will have constant support from the 11 training centres in Italy.
