INTER V PSG ON WEDNESDAY 30 DECEMBER IN DOHA

The friendly between the Nerazzurri and the French outfit will take place at the Jassim Bin Hamad Stadium

DOHA – The Qatar Football Association (QFA) has announced that Inter and Paris Saint-Germain will face off in a friendly at the Jassim Bin Hamad Stadium in Doha on Wednesday 30 December. Qatar is to play host to yet another high-profile contest involving historic European clubs. 

The QFA outlined the details of the match during a press conference held today at the stadium where Al Sadd Sports Club play their home games. Chief executive officer of the QFA Mansour Al Ansari had this to say: 

"It will be a pleasure to welcome two of the most illustrious clubs in Europe to the Jassim Bin Hamad Stadium. Paris Saint-Germain and Inter are at the top of their respective leagues and will put on a fantastic game for everyone. Both sides have high-quality players and we're sure that every lover of football in Qatar will want to be there for this game."

James White, director of commercial strategy at F.C. Internazionale, added: "We're excited to be able to visit Qatar and play an important match in Doha.

"The time we'll spend here will give our players the possibility to train in the exceptional Aspire Zone to ensure they hit top form when Serie A starts up again. We can't wait to test out the passion for football in Qatar and use the opportunity to attract new fans to our club."
