MILAN – Marco Sala’s Giovanissimi Regionali B beat Pavia 2-0 at the Centro Sportivo Enotria this afternoon in their fifth match of the 2015/16 season. Iannello opened the scoring for the Nerazzurri after just four minutes’ play, while Pagani sewed the game up on 64 minutes.
