APPIANO GENTILE – The Nerazzurri were back at the Centro Sportivo Angelo Moratti this morning after last night’s friendly defeat to Chiasso.
The session began with some recovery exercises in the gym, with the players involved last night working out with less intensity than the rest of their team-mates.
The goalkeepers were the first out onto the pitches, where – with a fair dose of healthy competition – they focused on movement in the penalty box. The rest of the group followed soon afterwards for some light running, before dividing up for a series of tailored drills based on how involved they were last night.
