First tie of the campaign for the Nerazzurri yesterday, here are all the statistics from the game in Genoa on Week 7 of Serie A 2015/16

MILAN - Roberto Mancini's men picked up their first draw of the season away against Sampdoria yesterday afternoon. Colombian striker Luis Muriel opened the scoring for the home side, before Ivan Perisic levelled things up with his first goal as an Inter player.

In collaboration with Opta, here are a few interesting facts on the Week 7 encounter at the Marassi: 

- In their last seven league games on the road, Inter have failed to take home maximum points on only two occasions (defeat against Genoa in May and yesterday's draw in the same city). 

- Yesterday was the first time in 2015/16 that Sampdoria have scored less than two goals at home. 

- In the first half, Sampdoria had five attempts on target. Previously, they had managed more than one only against Carpi so far this season (six efforts). In the second half, they were restricted to just one goal-bound effort, which nevertheless ended up hitting the back of the net.   

- This game had the most attempts on target (seven) in the opening 45 without any goals scored so far this campaign. 

- Luis Muriel has notched four goals against Inter, he hasn't had more success against any other team in Serie A. 

- At 17 years and nine months, Pedro Pereira is the youngest player to have supplied an assist in Europe's top-five leagues.  

- Ivan Perisic opened his goalscoring account on his fifth Serie A appearance. 

- Mauro Icardi has had a hand in three of Inter's last four strikes (two goals and one assist).
