MILAN - Erick Thohir sent a welcome message via inter.it to the three players whose moves to Inter were confirmed this evening.
The Nerazzurri president said: "We would like to welcome our three new signings – Felipe Melo, Alex Telles and Adem Ljajić – to the club.
"I'm sure that Felipe Melo will further strengthen our midfield options with his physical prowess and battling qualities. Roberto Mancini knows him very well and will be able to harness his technical ability, combative spirit and experience.
"Telles will add quality and youth to our side. He's a young, pacy full-back – a good fit for our squad – and he'll be able to lend us a big hand with his offensive and defensive ability.
"Ljajić knows Serie A very well and that will help him slot into our squad easily. With his attacking skills and determined approach, he has what it takes to perform at the highest level and I'm sure he will do that at Inter.
