LIVORNO – After suffering defeat to Genoa in their opening match at the Memorial Vitulano tournament, Inter Under-17s turned things around to book their spot in the third-place final thanks to victories over Pisa (2-1, a Maranzino penalty and Vitali) and Fiorentina (1-0, Maranzino from the spot).
The Nerazzurri Allievi can now look forward to an early start tomorrow: they'll do battle with Empoli to determine who finishes third at the Stadio Armando Picchi at 9:30.
