APPIANO GENTILE – The Nerazzurri worked amidst heat and humidity once again today as they returned to the training ground for their second session of the 2015/16 pre-season.
After a warm-up, Roberto Mancini put his charges through their paces with an intense programme that saw them switch repeatedly between technical drills and aerobic work. The morning then ended with a training match and Hernanes opening the scoring for the second day in a row.
Another session is scheduled for tomorrow morning before the team set off for the mountains of Alto Adige to begin their summer training camp.
