APPIANO GENTILE – Roberto Mancini’s Inter squad had a morning training session today ahead of their last match of the season against Empoli on Sunday. The group warmed up with some ball work and a mini football-tennis tournament, before getting stuck in to a series of athletic exercises and a programme of technical and tactical drills.
Hernanes, who turns 30 today, received birthday wishes from his team-mates and was presented with a cake prepared by the club chef.
Sporting director Piero Ausilio was also in attendance.
