APPIANO GENTILE – With just two days to wait until Inter welcome Juventus to the Stadio Giuseppe Meazza, Inter forward Xherdan Shaqiri spoke to Sky Sport Italia about the big match. Shaqiri was first asked as to whether he harbours dreams of a man-of-the-match performance against the Bianconeri: "I hope so! The most important thing is that the team plays well and wins the match.
"They’re a really experienced side and they’ll be coming here to Milan to win, but we’ll give our all. We’ve been playing well and we’ll try to continue that on Saturday," declared Shaqiri.
The Nerazzurri No. 91 then spoke about his position on the pitch and the way he’s been used by Roberto Mancini so far: "I’ve played in a few different positions and I’m available to play wherever the boss needs me to. I’ve been on the bench for a few games but that’s football. It’s not a problem – the coach makes his decisions for the good of the team and we’re all working for that too. We’ll work to lift trophies together next season."
