MILAN – The first course for 'Scouts at Professional Football Clubs' began in Coverciano today with FC Internazionale's very own Giuliano Rusca among the invited speakers.
"It's a huge source of satisfaction to receive this recognition for our work. We went along to Coverciano to offer our experience," Rusca, who is in charge of Nerazzurri grassroots activities, told Inter Channel during Radio Inter.
"Inter have always placed great importance on scouting, with our academy director Roberto Samaden following things closely. The various Training Centres throughout Lombardy update us constantly on the talented youngsters in the region. We do a lot of work on technique right from the Under-8s. We look out for kids with ability of course but human values too."
