VILLACIDRO – Gaston Camara scored a stunning equaliser for the Nerazzurri Primavera as they came away from Cagliari with a 1-1 draw in Week 25 of the regular season.
Stefano Vecchi's side found themselves trailing to Caio Rangel's third-minute opener but rallied to peg back the hosts with a piece of individual brilliance from their Guinean winger. The 19-year-old glided past three opponents as he weaved his way into the box before firing home to restore parity.
Despite putting the hosts under lots of pressure late on Inter weren't able to complete the turnaround, so it was a second successive draw following last Saturday's 0-0 stalemate with Cesena which secured them first place in Primavera championship Group B.
The regular season ends next weekend with a home game against Hellas Verona, then all the focus will be on the Final Eight, to be played from 9 to 16 June in Liguria.
