APPIANO GENTILE – The Nerazzurri are at the Centro Sportivo Angelo Moratti for a full day of training today as Sunday night's away trip to Lazio starts to close in on the horizon.
The squad focused on fitness in the first of their two sessions this morning, with the lads put through their paces with a series of high-intensity aerobic exercises.
Attending the first team's training session were the nine DC United youngsters currently enjoying a week in Milan with their coach Tom Torres. Besides training with the Nerazzurri academy sides at the Centro Sportivo Giacinto Facchetti, they are also visiting various other club facilities.
Today they were shown around the first team's training ground by none other than Roberto Mancini, who spent time chatting with them and their coach Torres.
Of course there were plenty of autographs and photos to be had with the players too!
