APPIANO GENTILE – A glorious sun greeted the Nerazzurri coaching team and playing staff at the Centro Sportivo Angelo Moratti this afternoon as training resumed after a two-day rest. Roberto Mancini led the session, which was dedicated to attacking and defensive movement. There was also a series of athletic drills and possession exercises.
Back from international duty in time for the session were Samir Handanovic (who took part in the friendly match that rounded things off) and Gary Medel (who had a recovery session indoors). Also taking part in the session were Primavera lads Baldini, Camara and Gnoukouri. Nerazzurri sporting director Piero Ausilio was watching on from the sidelines for the whole session.
