PRIMAVERA TASTE DERBY SUCCESS ONCE AGAIN

Stefano Vecchi’s men registered their ninth win in a row with a 2-1 defeat of AC Milan. Correia and Rocca scored to complete a season double over the Rossoneri

SESTO SAN GIOVANNI – It was a day of derby delight for Stefano Vecchi’s Inter Primavera side as they ran out 2-1 winners over AC Milan this lunchtime. After a low-key opening period, it was the Rossoneri who drew first blood, with Cutrone nipping in at the near post to steer home a corner and give his side the lead.

This young Nerazzurri side are made of stronger stuff, though, and hit back before half-time through a Correia strike, with Camara making it 2-1 from the penalty spot after the break. The win is the Primavera’s ninth on the spin, and completes a season double over their cross-town rivals after the 1-4 triumph earlier in the season.
