MILAN – With Stefano Vecchi’s Primavera side focused on the upcoming Viareggio Cup, it’s down to the Berretti, Allievi and Giovanissimi teams to fly the flag for the Nerazzurri youth academy this weekend.
Kicking things off on Saturday 31 January are the Allievi Nazionali Serie A and B. Benoit’s Cauet’s boys welcome Monza to the Centro Sportivo Giacinto Facchetti for a friendly match at 14:30.
On Sunday morning, the Berretti head to Arezzo’s Villaggio Amaranto. Fresh from success over eternal rivals Milan last time out, Salvatore Cerrone’s side will be hoping to continue their purple patch from 11:00. The Giovanissimi Nazionali also have an away day to contend with – they make the trip to Novara’s Centro Sportivo Novarello in Granozzo con Monticello, also at 11:00.
The afternoon sees the Giovanissimi Regionali take on Feralpisalò at the Centro Sportivo Enotria, whilst the Giovanissimi Regionali B go head to head with Brescia at the Centro Sportivo Bruzzano. The Allievi Nazionali Lega Pro make the trip to Brescia for a friendly match at the Centro Sportivo Rigamonti in Buffalora. All three matches kick off at 15:00.
