APPIANO GENTILE – There's a busy schedule at the Centro Sportivo Angelo Moratti today with morning and afternoon workouts planned for the Nerazzurri.
The lads were split into two groups for the morning session: some worked in the gym while the remainder headed out to the pitch, where Roberto Mancini and Sylvinho drilled them on attacking and defensive movements.
It was a high-paced affair that ended with some shooting practice, Hernanes and Podolski in particularly fine fettle.
