ANDREOLLI: "WE CAN DO WELL"

The defender after the Saint-Étienne match: "We know we have a good chance of getting results in both Italy and Europe"

MILAN – Following the Europa League draw, Nerazzurri defender Marco Andreolli discussed the match, the average age of the team and the squad.

"We wanted to win, but the point we earned is important. They defended a lot. Games like that are always complicated and we lacked a bit of clarity when it came to finishing. We know we can do well both Italy and in Europe. We need to approach every match as if it were a final. Only by doing that can we make progress."

Then the defender moved on to the topic of the Nerazzurri’s average age: "If you look at last Sunday against Napoli we had a very young team, more so than in past years. These talented youngsters need time to make progress. And those of us who have been around a while need to help them out."
