MILAN – The Belarusian Alexey Kulbakov will take charge of proceedings for Inter’s Europa League group stage clash against Qarabag on Thursday 2 October at 21:05. Kulbakov is 34 years of age and has been refereeing at international level since 2005. His assistants will be Dzmitry Zhuk and Andrei Hetsikau. The fourth official will be Aleh Maslianka and the additional assistants will be Siarhei Tsynkevich and Dzianis Shcharbakou.
