ROME - The Interreligious Match for Peace to be played at the Stadio Olimpico in Rome next Monday is not just an occasion to spread an important message of peace and tolerance. It's also an opportunity to support the Un'Alternativa di Vita (An Life Alternative) project, whose aim is to help children from disadvantaged backgrounds at risk of social emargination to complete their schooling. The entire proceeds of the first Match for Peace will go to the project promoted by Scholas Occurrentes and Fondazione P.U.P.I.
You don't need to be at the stadium to do your bit. If you're based in Italy you can donate €1 simply by sending a text message to 45593 from a TIM, Vodafone, WIND, 3, PosteMobile, CoopVoce or Nòverca mobile device. Alternatively you can donate €2 by phoning the same number (45593) from a TeleTU or TWT landline, or €2.50 from a Telecom Italia, Infostrada or Fastweb landline.
