APPIANO GENTILE- All players apart from Vieri, Brocchi and
Ronaldo have been selected for Saturday’s match, a match we hope
will be a turning point for Inter. Marco Tardelli could count on
27 players. The goalkeeper Varaldi and the defender Yahia from
the Primavera youth team are also on the selection list even
though they’ll probably be back with Baresi’s team tomorrow.
Unlike the last match against Reggina, Zanetti, Lombardi, Jugovic,
Simic, Cauet and Pirlo are at last all fit to play. Christian
Vieri is also in good shape. He trained with his team-mates today
after a day off. Hopefully he’ll be back on the field for the
Inter-Roma match scheduled for November, 1st. Keane , Seedorf and
Simic who were involved with their national teams yesterday did
some light training today while Di Biagio sustained a regular
training session.
