ICARDI: "I LIKE THE SHIRT, IT'S SMART. THE LIGHT BLUE REMINDS ME OF ARGENTINA"

Nerazzurri striker talks to Sky Sport 24: "I work hard to perform well for Inter. I've still got four years to run. I like being at Inter and living in Milan"

MILAN - Mauro Icardi spoke to the media as he attended the unveiling of Inter's new 2014/15 home kit.

The Argentine hitman made the following comments to Sky Sport 24: "It gets blacker every year, but this light blue reminds me of Argentina. It's lovely and smart."

He then spoke about the upcoming campaign: "Inter have changed a lot this year, now we need to start again from scratch with some new signings. I saw M'Vila at the hospital today where I was having a check-up."

On Inter's rivals: "We need to take things one game at a time, there's still a long way to go before Serie A and the Europa League get under way. We need to think about working hard and then we'll see what happens."

On his future: "I work hard to perform well and I want to do that for Inter. I've still got four years on my contract and I'm settled in Milan."

"As an Argentina fan I hope my country wins. I'm not surprised we're in the World Cup semi-finals because we have a brilliant team."

On his personal life: "I feel the same as I did before. Even before I got married I had responsibilities when I came home at night."

On pre-season: "When we begin training in Pinzolo the coach will start to bring the team along and we'll work on tactics too."

One final word on transfer speculation: "That's down to management. All I can say is I have four years left to run and I like being at Inter and living in Milan."
