MONTEPULCIANO – This afternoon at the Stadio Bonelli La Fantina in Montepulciano the Allievi Nazionali final was held between Inter and AC Milan. Two 40-minute halves and two 10-minute extra time periods were not enough to determine a winner, and so the Scudetto had to be settled from the penalty spot. Gianmario Corti’s lads then came out on top 4-2, providing an emotional finish to the tournament.
