ROLANDO: "WE’RE A TEAM THAT SHOULD BE PLAYING IN EUROPE"

"Our defenders are scoring a lot? We work hard every week because we know a dead-ball situation can be decisive"

PARMARolando was the first Nerazzurri player to speak with Inter Channel after this afternoon’s win against Parma: "It was a tough match but we played a good game and showed we’re a team that should be playing in Europe. It’s the hard work in training that’s paying off. They told me to move up and I’d score, since I hadn’t done it in a while. I’m happy, but the important thing is finding the right way to help out the team.

"I’ll miss the Napoli game because of my yellow card? It was a mistake on my part that got me the booking, and then I knew Walter was already a booking away from a suspension, so he’ll miss out as well. I should have moved away from Cassano sooner, but he was clever and immediately kicked the ball at me. I was looking forward to playing against my old team-mates at Napoli, but oh well…

"When things start going well you become more confident and everything becomes easier. We gained more confidence against Sampdoria and came here after winning 4-0 away, which helped us. Our defenders are scoring a lot? We work hard every week because we know a dead-ball situation can be decisive. These things become more natural when you work hard on them," concluded Rolando.
