PRIMAVERA, PADOVA 1-0 INTER

Cerrone's boys slipped to an undeserved defeat at the Stadio Appiani today, going down to a dubious late penalty. Bright debut for Andy Polo

PADUA – The Nerazzurri U19s were unfortunate to lose a rather listless contest against Padova in Week 19 of the Primavera championship this afternoon.

It was a close match until the 83rd minute, when the referee awarded a dubious penalty to the home side: Eguelfi's arm was next to his body and the ball was struck from close range, yet handball was given. Radrezza converted from the spot and Cerrone's side piled forward in search of a late equaliser, but it proved to be in vain.

Inter's five-match unbeaten run thus comes to an end and they will now look to bounce back in next week's home game against Cagliari.
