MILAN - The Brazilian defender spoke to Inter Channel following Inter 1-0 Sassuolo.
Here's what he had to say:
"All that mattered tonight was winning, especially at a time like this, where we had some issues finding the target. Winning breeds confidence for the rest of our league campaign.
"Hernanes is a quality player, he's classy on the ball, as you saw today. We mustn't forget that was his debut. D'Ambrosio joining changes nothing for me, I'll keep working, I'm always very calm when I play, I'm always up for it. It's great for the team, we have another option. Even if the best fullback in the world came in, I'd still keep working, I respect the coach's decisions."
Finally, there was a bit of banter between him and Juan Jesus: "Juan said to me in the dressing room that he wanted to teach me how to shoot properly, I told him I've scored more goals than him for Inter!"
