APPIANO GENTILE – The Bologna match must spur us on to do better in future. That's the view of Saphir Taider, who spoke to Inter Channel in an exclusive interview today.
We all wanted a different result on Sunday but now we have to move on.
"We're having a good season but we still have a lot of work to do. Serie A is a tough league and there's a long way to go. Sampdoria are up next and we have to work hard all week to make sure we're ready for Sunday."
Where do you need to improve on an individual level?
"It's a big thing to be playing for Inter. I'm pleased with how I've done so far but there are lots of things I need to work on. Every day I try to follow what the gaffer tells me to do. My team-mates and I are all trying to put everything into it so that we can perform as well as possible."
Does this learning curve you're on mean that Inter will have to wait a bit to see the results coming consistently?
"I think we're doing well. We're a new bunch of players and we youngsters are trying to learn from the more experienced guys. We're giving it everything and, as I said, there's still a long way to go in the season but we feel confident because we're working well."
