VIVA PROJECT AT THE STADIO MEAZZA

Information stand at Inter v Roma to raise awareness on theme of resuscitation

MILAN - On 14 June the European Parliament called on members states to run an awareness week on cardiac arrest, with the aim of improving citizens' and health care professionals'  knowledge and training on cardiopulmonary resuscitation. That's the reason behind the Viva project which will run from 14 to 20 October.

The organisers aim to create a broad range of events to inform the various age groups of the Italian population as to the significance of cardiac arrest and the importance of knowing how to save someone's life: simple, safe manoeuvres that anyone – even those without specific medical training – can carry out, should they witness someone in cardiac arrest.
