PRIMAVERA, UDINESE 0-1 INTER

A tight encounter was settled midway through the second half by a moment of magic from Alessandro Capello. Inter now on 11 points from five games

UDINE - Salvatore Cerrone's Primavera lads travelled to Friuli this afternoon to take on their Udinese counterparts coached by Luca Mattiussi in Week 5 of the league season. Gabi Mudingayi featured as an over-age player for the second game running as he gets important minutes under his belt (90 today) in his bid to return to full fitness.

The first 45 minutes were very evenly balanced. After a fast-paced opening with chances down both ends, the sides spent most of the first half battling it out in midfield.

Little changed after the restart until the 69th minute when Capello broke the deadlock with a superbly taken solo effort. Inter managed to control the rest of the game without too much difficulty and take the three points back to Milan.

Cerrone's lads head into the month-long break in the Primavera championship with 11 points from their first five games, but they'll be back in action next Saturday when they visit Parma in the second round of the U19 Coppa Italia.
