MILAN - At the end of Inter v Fiorentina, goal-scorer Jonathan was interviewed by Inter Channel. These are his words:
"I’m really happy right now. My goal is important for me, and the team too. When I saw the space was there I looked to really blast it and it went in. In my opinion we did well. They’re a well-coached side and made us suffer a bit. They pass the ball around well. In the second half we were better and the result is fair."
The Brazilian went on: "Now we have to rest since there’s another tough game on Sunday. I
have to thank the coach. If we full-backs are playing well it’s down to him. I
always dedicate my goals to my family, the most important thing for me, and the
fans who always support me. I believe I can become an even better player. I have a lot to learn
from the coach, his staff and my team-mates."
